Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy explains how subscriptions work on Rosalica, including billing, renewals, cancellations, and changes to your subscription.

By purchasing a subscription product from Rosalica, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Subscription Orders

When you purchase a subscription product, you authorize Rosalica to automatically charge your selected payment method at the subscription interval shown at checkout.

Subscription intervals, pricing, and product details will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Automatic Renewals

Your subscription will automatically renew unless it is cancelled before the next billing date.

By starting a subscription, you agree that Rosalica may charge your payment method automatically for each recurring order until the subscription is cancelled.

Billing

Your payment method will be charged according to the subscription frequency selected at checkout.

If your payment method is declined, expired, or otherwise unavailable, we may attempt to process the payment again. If payment cannot be completed, your subscription order may be delayed, paused, or cancelled.

Subscription Discounts

Some subscription orders may include special pricing, discounts, or promotional offers.

These discounts apply only while the subscription remains active and may not apply to one-time purchases, future non-subscription orders, or cancelled subscriptions.

Rosalica reserves the right to update or end subscription discounts or promotions at any time, but any changes will not affect orders already processed.

Changing Your Subscription

You may request changes to your subscription, including product quantity, shipping address, or billing details, by contacting us at:

Changes must be requested before your next subscription order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes to that order.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date. If your next subscription order has already been processed, packed, or shipped, we may not be able to cancel that order.

Cancelling your subscription will stop future recurring charges, but it will not automatically cancel or refund orders that have already been processed.

Refunds on Subscription Orders

Subscription orders that have already been processed or shipped are not automatically eligible for cancellation.

If you wish to request a refund or return for a subscription order, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Shipping Address Updates

Customers are responsible for keeping their shipping address up to date before each subscription renewal.

Rosalica is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or outdated address if the customer did not update their information before the order was processed.

Price Changes

Rosalica may update subscription pricing from time to time.

If the price of your subscription changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you before the new price applies to your future subscription orders.

Product Availability

Subscription products are subject to availability.

If a subscription product is temporarily out of stock, we may delay the shipment, replace the product with a similar item where appropriate, or contact you with available options.
