Free Worldwide Shipping: We ship to 150+ countries at no extra cost. Taxes and duties are covered by Rosalica.

3. Order Processing Time

Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT-6 (Sheridan, WY time) are processed the same day.

No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
4. Delivery Time
After processing, estimated delivery times are:

7. Late, Lost, or Damaged Items

8. Items Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

Check with neighbors, workplaces, or post rooms. Request a proof of delivery from the carrier.

No Refunds/Replacements: We cannot refund/reship tracked-as-delivered items.
