Rosalica Shipping Policy

1. Who We Are

Rosalica ("we," "us," or "our") operates www.rosalica.com. We are committed to a seamless and transparent shipping experience for all customers.


2. Shipping Costs & International Coverage

  • Free Worldwide Shipping: We ship to 150+ countries at no extra cost. Taxes and duties are covered by Rosalica.

  • Future Expansion: We may expand delivery areas in the future.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM GMT-6 (Sheridan, WY time) are processed the same day.

  • No Shipping Days: Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.


4. Delivery Time

After processing, estimated delivery times are:

* Delivery times begin once the order is dispatched. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather, or external factors.


5. Shipping Process

  • Couriers: We use reliable carriers (e.g., DHL, FedEx) with tracked delivery.

  • Tracking Info: Sent via email once your order ships.


6. Customs Fees

  • Import Charges: While we cover taxes/duties, customers are responsible for any additional customs fees. Check local regulations before ordering.


7. Late, Lost, or Damaged Items

  • Wrong Address: Double-check your address at checkout. We’re not liable for packages sent to incorrect addresses.

  • Damaged Orders: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.

  • Lost Orders: Report via email immediately for investigation.


8. Items Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

  • Check with neighbors, workplaces, or post rooms. Request a proof of delivery from the carrier.

  • No Refunds/Replacements: We cannot refund/reship tracked-as-delivered items.


9. Returns & Additional Costs

  • Return Shipping: Customers cover return costs unless the item is defective/incorrect. Use tracked shipping.

  • Customs on Returns: We do not reimburse import fees for returned items.

10. Faulty Items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Item details

  • Description & photos of the issue
    We’ll offer a refund (store credit) or replacement.
