Cancellation Policy

At Rosalica, we aim to process and ship orders as quickly as possible so our customers can receive their products without delay. Because of this, cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after placing an order.

Order Cancellations

Please include your order number and the email address used at checkout so our support team can locate your order quickly.

Cancellation Window

Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed, packed, or shipped.

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, we are unable to cancel it. In this case, you may still be eligible to return the product according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Order Details

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order details, including shipping address, product selection, and contact information, are correct before completing checkout.

If you notice an error after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to update the order before it is processed, but we cannot guarantee changes once fulfillment has started.

Subscription Cancellations

If you have purchased a subscription product, you may cancel your subscription at any time before your next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next order is processed. If a subscription order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may be eligible for return according to our Return & Refund Policy.

Refused Deliveries

Refusing delivery of an order does not automatically cancel the order or guarantee a refund. Any shipping costs, return fees, or handling fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from any eligible refund.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before the order is processed or shipped, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statement, depending on your payment provider.
