Lay desired pack on flat surface with the soft cotton side facing up.
Apply 1-2 tablespoons of Rosalica's Organic Castor Oil onto your liver area or onto the soft cotton side of your pack.
Place the pack over your liver area (under your right rib cage) or your abdomen then adjust the straps securely in place.
Wear pack for 30-60 minutes daily, several times a week, or as frequently as needed.
HOW TO WARMUP THE HOT PACK
Place the heat pack on a microwave-safe plate.
Heat for 30-60 seconds on medium power. Add 10-second intervals if needed.
Check the temperature and use immediately.
HEATING WITH BOILING WATER
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
Once the water boils, turn off the stove to prevent overheating.
Carefully place the hot pack in the hot water using tongs to avoid burns.
Let it sit in the water for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches the desired warmth.
Use tongs to lift it out of the water. Hold it over the pot for a moment to let excess water drain.
Pat the hot pack dry with a towel before applying it to your castor oil pack.

I appreciated the quality of the oil and the pack itself is well made. I priced items individually and to be honest, this is a good value for what you are receiving. I used my pack on my abdomen over the liver to help with hormonal fluctuations and headaches due to my cycle. Even though I have read the research thoroughly, I was still a little surprised to see that it did make a positive difference. I typically wear my wrap at night and have cut back to just around the days of my cycle when I am noticing inflammation or headache triggers. I have had less headaches and PMS symptoms, but keep in mind I also use supplements and eating for my blood type to aid. I am not sure how beneficial this product alone would be, but I am sure there are other reviewers who may be able to attest to the pack alone. I have not had any issues with leaking and it's comfortable to wear. It's very easy to use and I loved the way it was packaged along with information and instructions included.
