Apply 1-2 tablespoons of Rosalica's Organic Castor Oil onto your liver area or onto the soft cotton side of your pack.
Place the pack over your liver area (under your right rib cage) or your abdomen then adjust the straps securely in place.
Wear pack for 30-60 minutes daily, several times a week, or as frequently as needed.
HOW TO WARMUP THE HOT PACK
Place the heat pack on a microwave-safe plate.
Heat for 30-60 seconds on medium power. Add 10-second intervals if needed.
Check the temperature and use immediately.
HEATING WITH BOILING WATER
Fill a pot with water and bring it to a rolling boil.
Once the water boils, turn off the stove to prevent overheating.
Carefully place the hot pack in the hot water using tongs to avoid burns.
Let it sit in the water for 2-3 minutes or until it reaches the desired warmth.
Use tongs to lift it out of the water. Hold it over the pot for a moment to let excess water drain.
Pat the hot pack dry with a towel before applying it to your castor oil pack.
