Quick, easy, and the curls turned out perfect! I'm in love with it My hair is medium-long and medium thick. I think I styled my entire hair in 10 minutes. I don't usually write reviews but after doing my hair this morning I had to, haha. Oh, and when I put too much hair in, it just reverses the barrel and spits it out. I quickly learned how much to put in so I don't have to deal with that much. One time it got tangled but it was easy to take the hair off and start over. My hair has yet to get tangled and it hasn't hurt me once. You can tell it's quality heavy and doesn't seem to be a cheap product. I would recommend getting one if you're thinking of buying this curling iron.
